edificações da frente de mar em perímetro urbano.Para esta delimitação utilizou-se como referência os perímetros urbanos consagrados em PMOT.Atendendo a que a frente urbana corresponde a uma faixa em solo urbano paralela à linha de costa, não foram consideradas as que não reúnem estas características, nomeadamente, quando são perpendiculares à linha de costa.Nos lotes/parcelas vazias intersticiais à primeira linha de edificações, a frente urbana foi definida pela linha imaginária que une os prédios urbanos localizados em cada extremo dos lotes/parcelas contíguos, permitindo definir uma faixa paralela ao mar em perímetro urbano.Nos vazios urbanos que se localizem nos extremos do perímetro urbano, a frente urbana foi definida pelo primeiro prédio urbano existente, inclusive.Para a delimitação da frente urbana, não foram consideradas as edificações previstas em Plano de Intervenção nas Praias.Depois de identificada a frente das edificações da frente de mar em perímetro urbano, aplicou-se o critério da profundidade de 15 metros estabelecida em diversos PMOT, que se prolonga até ao limite posterior do lote/parcela onde se insere a construção.Quando não foi possível identificar o limite posterior do lote/parcela onde se insere a construção, criou-se uma shape distinta com o nome FrentesUrb_ValidaCM para posterior ponderação com o município.", "copyrightText":
